The Apple Collection

Images of an apple I picked up during a video shoot at a local spa. This series of images were taken in the same photo session on a table-top studio setup, which consisted of an A4 sheet of photocopy paper as a background, single window light and another sheet of photocopy paper as a reflector. No flash or secondary lighting involved. After the shoot, I ate the apple… delicious;)

Shot on a Lumix GH3 camera with tripod and available light.

They have been edited and processed in Adobe Lightroom and Luminar Flex. I haven't removed all bumps and bruises during processing, as I didn't want the finished result to look too perfect.

This was really an exercise to discover what can be created from a single item (an apple in this case). It's ongoing and I've a couple more arty images from the same apple that I'll post when they're ready.
